two types of information. Note cards are intended for
facts or ideas and their exact sources; bibliography cards
are for all the publishing details and the library information
of those sources. Since you have the complete data of
the sources on bibliography cards, a brief reference to
the source on note cards by the author's last name and
the page number from which you take the information will
be sufficient. The information on the bibliography cards
must include all the necessary details you would need
to make a working bibliography, the name of the library
where you locate the source, and the call number of the
source in that library in case that you need to borrow
it again.
