Instead, it should have started at the very beginning of a research project, i.e., while you are still trying to decide on a topic to explore. Yet at this stage when you have made up your mind on the topic and worked out an outline, further reading appears to be necessary. Hence work in libraries becomes important.

When you need to read more on the issues you are interested in, you either buy the books or borrow them from a library. The information you collect through personal purchases would be very limited. That is why people usually turn to the libraries, where a large collection of books and articles is available.
