Colleges and universities have
their own libraries which are usually open only to the
registered staff and students. However, some university
libraries might be open to the public under certain conditions.
You might wish to find out which university libraries
are available to you and how you can use them. In addition,
large cities usually provide library service for residents.
You will have to find out about their locations, the service
schedule for the section you will use, and their regulations
regarding how many items a patron can request and how
long the library loans can be held by a patron. Before
you set out to explore the libraries in person, it is
advisable to use Google to see whether the libraries have
websites. If so, they usually provide such information
on the web.
